"I recently rented a car from Almeria…"
I recently rented a car from Almeria Airport. I was upgraded to a much better car for no extra charge.
At the end of the rental I had a slight problem over the deposit. The staff at Almeria were excellent in responding to my emails and explaining the situation which had already been resolved. My only problem was that I couldn't telephone Almeria directly and had to speak to someone in Barcelona who was no help at all.
Over all a positive experience and especially the staff at Almeria.
